Callaway Gardens The conference will take place at the Mountain Creek Conference Center at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia, USA. Pine Mountain is located 60 minutes southwest of Atlanta, Georgia. Callaway Gardens is a man-made landscape in a unique natural setting. Conceived and created by Cason J. Callaway and his wife Virginia Hand Callaway, Callaway Gardens is a wholesome family environment where all may find beauty, relaxation, inspiration and a better understanding of the living world. With many of the native trees and shrubs in bloom, April is a great time to visit Callaway Gardens. Hotel Accommodations A special link to hotel reservations system at Callaway Gardens has been established. This link will allow you to get the ICRS-11/RPSD-2008 discounted rate. All hotel room reservations must be made directly with Callaway Gardens via the link below. Note that the group number for the conference rate is 77E9A6. To accommodate early arrival and late departure, guest rooms may be reserved at the conference rate for a period of 3 days before and 3 days after the conference period. The deadline for the (standard room) conference rate of $130(+tax)/night is March 1, 2008*. *After March 13, 2008, the hotel rooms at the Mountain Creek Inn became available to the general public. However, as long as there are rooms still available, Callaway Gardens will honor the conference rate of $131 per night plus tax. Occasionally the room reservation link to Callaway Gardens undergoes updates and the room rate appears unavailable. If this happens, please try again within 24 hours. Such occurrences are a procedural matter with the hotel and not an indication that the rate is no longer available. Conference Attendees: Unfortunately there are no more rooms available at the Mountain Creek Inn at Callaway Gardens. Due to this situation, Callaway Gardens has agreed to provide comparable accommodations at the same conference rate ($130/night) at one of the other locations in the Gardens. Transportation will be provided from the lodging to the conference center (<5 minute trip). The reservations link is currently being updated, and should become available within 24 hours. Please check back and make your reservations then. You may also call the Callaway Gardens Reservations phone number: 800-255-5292 to make your reservation.
